  • Are there any specials for my birthday?
    • One time during your birthday month, you get one Happy Birthday promotional game. To activate your Birthday Game swipe your Players Card at any of the promotional kiosks located on the casino floor, select the “Promotions” icon, then select the “Happy Birthday” icon. Once you have participated in the game your free play prize will automatically be added onto your Players Club card.
  • Does the cage cash personal or payroll checks?
    • Yes, personal checks can be cashed anytime. Payroll checks will only be processed between 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (does not apply to Angel of the Winds issued payroll checks). A Players card is required for all check cashing transactions. All check cashing transactions are subject to approval from our third-party vendor.
    • Money orders, counter checks, traveler’s checks, cashier checks, and third-party checks will not be accepted.

  • What are Audit’s hours?
    • 8AM – 3PM
  • How do I go about getting tax documents such as: win/loss statement, W-2GS, 1042SS, or 1099S?
    • Log into your Players Portal: here select the ‘Win/Loss’ icon, then select the Year, the requested Win / Loss statement will be emailed to the address listed on your Players Club account. To request a W-2G, 1042S, or 1099S, please email Audit@angelofthewinds.com. It can take 5 – 7 business days for audit to process the paperwork.
  • What is the mailing address of the casino?

  • What is the benefits of points earned with my Players card?
    • By earning enough points, you can qualify to be entered into drawings and promotions of the current month. You can also use your points as cash for dining, gaming, and at the fuel station.
  • If I want to pick up my gift for the monthly gift giveaway, where do I go?
    • You can pick up your gift at the Players Club.
  • How many lanes does Strikerz have?
    • Strikerz has 16 lanes; 4 can be converted to VIP lanes.
  • Can I exchange money at the Cage?
    • Yes, transactions are limited to $3,000 cash daily. Canadian currency exchanges will also be performed and will be limited to $3,000 CANADIAN daily, regardless of exchange rate. Canadian currency will not be sold back under any circumstance.
  • What is the exchange rate? How do I figure out how to convert CANADIAN currency to US?
    • Exchange rates are posted daily from our financial institution. Please contact us for the current exchange rate.
  • I paid cash at the Fuel Station. How / where do I get my refund (change)?
    • Guests that choose to pay cash at the fuel station will be given a receipt for any remaining change that will be brought to the Cage to be refunded. The Cashier will accept the receipt and pay the refund amount listed.
    • NOTE: Refunds are valid for 30 days from the date the receipt was issued.
  • Can a Nexus card be used as valid ID?
  • Do you have a tribal discount?
    • For Stillaguamish Tribal members ONLY.
  • Do you have a coin machine?
    • Yes, and they charge a 5% change rate.
  • Table Game Hours
    • Hours can vary, based on business levels. Typically:
      Sunday – Thursday: 9AM – 3AM
      Friday – Saturday: 9AM – 4AM

  • If a Player card holder wants to use their Players card for a discount at any restaurant, how many people will it cover?
    • Unlimited

    • 7 feet 4 inches
  • Can guests bring their own wine to Whiskey Prime Steakhouse?
    • $15 corking fee (also applies to Jade Fusion)

    • 400 points = $1 dollar
  • How long are points good for?
    • Base points expire 13 months from the day they are earned
